Website and service inquiries

This website describes our services and resources. General website information is educational and does not constitute advice tailored to your circumstances. Submitting a form, requesting a plan, or contacting us does not establish an engagement, authorize a filing or payment, or confirm that we have accepted a deadline.

Services and monthly plans

We review each prospective client before accepting work. A separate proposal or engagement agreement establishes the services, responsibilities, pricing, billing, timing, and any recurring payment authorization. That signed agreement controls the particular engagement if its terms differ from this website.

Published monthly prices are starting prices subject to the stated transaction/account limits and your agreed scope. Cleanup, catch-up work, payroll, tax preparation, forms filing, software subscriptions, and third-party fees are separate unless expressly included. A change in volume, complexity, or requested services may require a revised proposal. We confirm changes before beginning additional work.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information; maintain records; review reports and returns; and provide required approvals and funds. We discuss deadlines and record requirements during onboarding. A website request alone does not transfer responsibility for a filing, tax deposit, payroll, or other deadline. Outcomes, refunds, tax savings, and agency acceptance are not guaranteed.

Confidential information and authorizations

Do not submit confidential records through the public contact form. We arrange an appropriate exchange process separately. Providers such as QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto, and other systems may be involved as relevant to the authorized services. Separate authorizations are obtained where required. See our Privacy Policy.

Digital products

Digital resources are available for purchase only when a product listing, price, and downloadable file are published. Review the listing for format, included materials, software requirements, and permitted use before buying. Templates and e-books provide general information and tools; they do not replace professional advice or an engagement for your situation.

Unless a product-specific license states otherwise, purchasing a resource grants the purchaser a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use and adapt it for personal use or the internal operations of the purchaser’s own business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, or offer the files as your own product. Ownership of the underlying content remains with ExpressBooks or the applicable rights holder. No rights granted by applicable law are waived.

Refunds and cancellation

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Digital downloads are final sale, subject to applicable legal rights. Monthly service cancellation generally requires 30 days’ written notice unless your signed agreement states otherwise.

Acceptable use and availability

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful content, disrupt the site, or misuse other people’s information. We may correct errors and update content, resources, or availability. Website access and third-party services may be interrupted; contact us directly for time-sensitive needs.

Questions and changes
