Monthly bookkeeping starts from $200/month. Cleanup and catch-up are quoted after reviewing your records. Your proposal shows each component and the bundle savings.
Bundle services and save with pricing tailored to your business. We review your records, service overlap and needs before quoting. Your proposal compares the agreed combined service fees with the same services purchased separately and confirms any savings; no fixed discount or savings amount is guaranteed. One combined monthly ACH auto-payment covers the services and any allocated cleanup or annual-return fee over the agreed schedule. Your written agreement confirms the total commitment, coverage periods, payment authorization and change or cancellation terms before enrollment.
Existing standalone prices remain available. Software and provider fees, government fees, tax payments and third-party costs are excluded from the service discount. Additional work requires an agreed quote. Monthly subscriptions use ACH only, with private payment links for approved clients.

Can I start monthly bookkeeping before cleanup is finished?
We can coordinate current-month work while completing the agreed backlog when the records and opening balances allow it. Your proposal confirms the sequence, responsibilities and any additional work.
Can the package change as my business grows?
Yes. Employee counts, transaction volume, additional states, entities and reporting needs are reviewed with you. Any change in scope or price is confirmed in your agreement before additional work begins.
Are meetings in person?
ExpressBooks provides remote and virtual services. Request a meeting through the contact form; we confirm the appointment and meeting details with you.
Is sales tax return filing included?
Only when it is expressly included in your quote. Sales tax filing currently supports Ohio, Mississippi and Alabama. Contact ExpressBooks to confirm state eligibility, filing periods and fees before work is accepted.

What your combined monthly payment covers
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $200 per month. Cleanup starts at $250 per historical month of books, with a $500 project minimum, for the published starting scope of up to100 transactions and2 accounts per historical month. Your proposal confirms the backlog, records required, cleanup deliverables and transition into your monthly plan. Payroll processing and annual tax preparation are added only if expressly included.
Your proposal shows each service component, the custom savings on combined ExpressBooks service fees, and one combined monthly ACH payment. Any cleanup project or annual-return fee allocation and payment term are agreed in writing. Software/provider charges, government fees and tax payments are excluded from the discount. Services already included in your bookkeeping or payroll scope are not charged twice. Approved clients receive a private payment link after agreement; an inquiry does not enroll you or authorize a charge.
